Joseph Cusick is the Senior Vice President of Education for optionsXpress. David Aferiat

David Aferiat is a managing partner at Trade-Ideas. He brings more than 15 years of experience in trading, capital markets, consulting, software, utilities, and consumer product industries to the company. Tom Busby

Tom Busby is a pioneer in the trading industry as a world-recognized educator. Busby emerged as one of the industry's first educators to TRADE LIVE in front of a crowd of his clients and peers at various venues around the country. He has served as an educator in weekly online webinars for the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, where he has been a member since 2002. He is also a Member of the Chicago Board of Trade, who has also called on Busby to trade live in CBOT sponsored events at some of the largest trade shows in the industry.

Busby takes a complex subject, the global markets, and puts it into an easy-to-understand language for all levels of traders and investors. As the CEO of DTI, a virtual trader's paradise of information and education, he spends his days teaching his students and trading his own private account in futures, options and equities.

Price Headley is the founder of BigTrends.com, which aims to provide traders and investors with real-time stock and options strategies as well as investment education and coaching.

Daniel Gramza

Daniel Gramza is president of Gramza Capital Management, Inc., and DMG Advisors, LLC. Jamie Hodge

Upon graduating from Texas State University in the spring of 1992, Mr Hodge embarked upon a career as a retail broker with Morgan Keegan. A few years later Jamie would go on to co-found The Avantus Group Corp along with some colleagues. The Avantus Group was formed to cater to the investment needs of high net worth individuals. After four years on that side of the business, Mr Hodge decided to follow his true calling, trading.

Jamie has been using Trade-Ideas since its inception in 2002 and is currently the Director of Trader Education at Trade-Ideas LLC. Mr Hodge has been elemental not only in helping to develop some of the advanced functionality of the Trade-Ideas engine, but also has helped pioneer real world application of these technologies.

Marty Kearney

Mr. Kearney began his association with the Chicago Board Options Exchange when he became an independent Market Maker in the Spring of 1981. In early 1992 he left the trading floor to become a founding partner and Registered Options Principal of a CBOE member firm. Mr. Kearney's responsibilities at the firm included development and implementation of hedging strategies using listed options for their institutional clients as well as their retail investors. Additionally, he authored their weekly strategy letter for over four years, and composed the daily comments on their web-site, which he helped develop. He has been a regular contributor to many news services including Reuters, WMAQ Radio (Group W), The CBS Radio Network, Derivatives Week, Channel 26 TV, BARRON'S, and others. Mr. Kearney served on various committees at the CBOE, including the Arbitration Committee from 1984 to 1996. Mr. Kearney was a marketing director for NCR Corporation in Chicago for over eight years prior to joining the CBOE.

Larry McMillan

Larry McMillan has written several books on trading options, including "McMillan on Options", "Profit with Options", and "Options as a Strategic Investment" - which has sold more than 200,000 copies - and he co-authored "New Insights on Covered Call Writing". He currently writes a daily advisory service - "Daily Volume Alerts" - aimed at selecting short-term stock trades by looking for unusual increases in equity option volume. McMillan edits and publishes "The Option Strategist", a derivative products newsletter covering equity, index, and futures options, as well as "The Daily Strategist", covering similar strategies on a daily basis. He's also frequently quoted in publications such as Barron's, Stocks and Commodities magazine, Futures Magazine, TheStreet.com, and Active Trader magazine.

Alex Jacobson

Alex Jacobson is Vice President of education at the International Securities Exchange (ISE), the country's newest options exchange and the nation's only all electronic options exchange. In addition to his responsibilities at ISE, Mr. Jacobson serves as an Instructor for The Options Industry Council (OIC). Prior to joining ISE, he spent 16 years at the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) where he was a founding member of CBOE's Options Institute.

Mr. Jacobson began his career in the financial community as a broker with Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated (Merrill Lynch). He became a top producing broker at Merrill Lynch where he also had responsibility for training both new and seasoned brokers.

He also conducts training for portfolio managers, desk traders, financial consultants and individual investors.

Henry Robinson-Duff

Henry, a trader on the CBOE and CBOT for over 20 years, co-managed one of the first Designated Primary Market Makers (DPM's) on the CBOE trading floor. A member of the CBOE Financial Planning Committee, he helped start the push towards the electronic trading systems implemented on the trading floor today. As a Floor Official at the CBOE, Henry taught the New Member Orientations along with the Seminars for the Federal Reserve Board. He also conducted seminars for Retail Brokers around the country.

Today as the Director of Education for OneChicago, Henry's mission is to spread the word about the potential advantages of financing using Single Stock Futures, as well as to help clients develop trading strategies.

Bill Ryan

Bill Ryan is a Vice President in the Options Marketing Area of the American Stock Exchange. His career in options began with EF Hutton in 1982. Since then Bill has worked at various member firms and has served on numerous option industry advisory committees. Bill also serves as an instructor for the Options Industry Council, conducting option seminars across the country for all segments of the investing community including registered representatives and public investors.
